WELCOME TO

Phoenix River Holistics

We are entering into the golden age of miracles where a large portion of humanity is starting to listen to the voice of wisdom that lives within them.

The feelings you have of enslavement to our world are valid and true. The good news is you can rise above this feeling of entrapment. The words “because I said so” are no longer satisfying you and you have a lot of unanswered questions.

You can and should allow yourself to be put at the forefront in your life.

You are worthy of crossing the bridge from the matrix of deep rooted cycles and belief systems, over to the life of freewill, enlightenment, creation, harmony, and abundance. The only way over is through, and it all starts with you.

PRH is a community that's mission is to provide ongoing support throughout every stage of your healing journey, regardless of what stage of life you are at.

My only request of you joining  this community is that you stay true to yourself, there is nothing more beautiful and healing than being the most authentic version of yourself.

You are safe here.

I’m Rylee

Hey there,

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse that worked in our public healthcare system for nearly a decade and far too often I saw so many people “fall through the cracks” that had no support when they needed it the most.

I am passionate about serving others throughout every part of their healing journey, in the highest of highs and lowest of lows of their holistic health.

When you feel defeated, I will remind you of your wins and encourage you to keep going, I will celebrate you with every victory large and small, I will seek answers with you, I will validate you, yet challenge you to expand your mind, heart, and light.

Why? Because I am you, and you are me, we are one with the “Sophia Christ presence that is a universal womb for immaculately birthing all of creation from nothing at all” (Kai Ra)

We are the Phoenix rising from our ashes, and we are worthy of enjoying the most beautiful float down this river of life.

My maternal grandparents have a cattle farm where I first fell in love with nature, gardening, baking, animals, and wild tiger lilies. It was such a gift getting to be so closely connected with my grandparents and learning so many valuable life skills.

Now as I have my own child who is very involved in all of our daily tasks, I catch a glimpse of what it was like staring through my grandmother's eyes. She was so patient and kind as she taught me how to bake, how to feed chickens and baby calves, how to shell the peas, drive a quad, and so much more. I remember the way she showed me new things and encouraged me, but allowed me the space and time to learn. I wasn’t afraid to do something wrong and I was excited to keep practicing new skills. She inspires me to always nourish the connection with my children, even when my patience are thin or I am not having my best day, I know from experience that these moments and how we respond to our children is something their body will hang onto forever, even if they don't have a conscious memory of it all.

My good sense of humour comes from both of my grandfathers. They will drop a joke or witty comment in the best and also the most inappropriate of times, but this is what I love about them. They never fail to just show up as their most authentic selves, no matter the occasion. I will say, for a long time and even sometimes still I resort to using laughter as an outlet for pain. I am working on being real with myself and welcoming in each emotion exactly as it shows itself and getting comfortable being uncomfortable.

We are human, we are meant to experience an array of emotions of all different intensities, however, laughing throughout all stages of life, in the highs and the lows has the ability to bring healing to yourself and others. The frequency of laughter on average for a woman is 502hz and for a man 276 Hz so it naturally will raise the frequency of the energy field within and around your body.

I grew up on a Bison farm, and spent a large portion of my childhood  with all of my grandparents

I love to be outside and be active.

Growing up I played a high level of hockey where I traveled all over Alberta, into Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. I am incredibly grateful for the childhood I was given, my parents worked hard and sacrificed a lot to have me in an elite sport. When my 15 years of hockey came to an end, I enjoyed the peace of having nothing planned in the evening or on the weekends. I took up golf, tennis, yoga, ball in the summer, and love getting out for downhill skiing and sledding in the winters. Although I have a lot of hobbies that require me to be very active, I also love staying home, baking sourdough bread, crocheting blankets, and having a nice movie night with my little family.

My husband and I bought a place in Drayton Valley, AB where I worked at the local hospital, and he worked at the local helicopter company.

We flew out to Ram falls where we got eloped and then landed back on our acreage where all of our family and friends welcomed us. 6 months later, in the fall of 2021, my husband and I both experienced (along with many others in the world at this time) one of the most conflicting obstacles in our life.

We chose to make a huge decision to walk away from our jobs, allowing our faith to embrace us, rather than getting pushed into a decision we knew did not align with our hearts.

I jumped into starting the holistic business I always knew I would eventually create, and my husband found another aviation job in the spring that supported our right to medical choice. We then welcomed our baby boy, Tate Ryle the following October. My husband, Kyle, worked away 2-4 weeks at a time which was challenging for our family as first time parents, and we longed for the days where we could be together full time as a family.

Adventuring to different territory was a recurrent vision for us, and in the late summer of 2023, Kyle had a job opportunity come up that would require us to move to North-western BC, but would mean he would be home the majority of days.

Everything aligned perfectly for us to go and we moved our little family of 3 (plus our dog, Lois) 1400km West.

The growth that we have experienced in the past year has been ineffable.

There is something so profoundly healing about leaving the place you’ve always been to truly see yourself through a different lens, to embrace and nurture your inner-child, and to  truly put yourself and your heart at the forefront which gives you the ability to live out your soul’s destiny for this life. While experiencing this new life here in Terrace, I now have a clear vision of the mother I want to be, the wife I want to be, and how I want to serve others.

This journey is hard but in my experience, it gets easier when we choose to listen to the chants of our heart.
