The everyday grind that societal expectations have us stuck in keeps us on autopilot with an overran nervous system making it so difficult to even think about what we could do to fill our own cups.

It is no easy task but once you choose to flow with the force of life and you learn how to embody your highest potential you begin to heal internally, which reflects peace, balance, harmony and many other desirable frequencies externally and you notice the positive changes in your life unfold before your eyes.

This is the process of unpacking what you’ve been told your whole life will make you happy versus what truly makes YOU happy!

Light Work Sessions

The goal of all Light work sessions regardless of the specialty is to find where imbalances reside within and around the body and to help release what is no longer serving and fulfilling to one’s life. Then we work together to bring in the new desired belief systems that help align the body, mind & heart with their highest potential, which in turn, provides healing and balance at a cellular level. This healing process is an eternal journey as you learn to connect within and expand your insight.

Conscious Crowning

Fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, are some of the most sacred processes that deserve conscious acknowledgement.

The best gift we can give to the MotherBaby connection throughout the milestones of conception, pregnancy, birth and eternal postpartum is to harness our divine feminine inner-knowing and to re-establish trust for our maternal instincts. This will guide us to a strong, nourishing connection with self and child, from before conception to earthside and throughout childhood.

If you did not have the fertility, pregnancy, birthing, or postpartum experience that your heart desired, lets dive into the depths of this so you can free yourself from this turmoil.

Watch for our specific Prenatal Conscious Crowning Workshop, specific to mother’s who are currently pregnant. An 8 week program working to Align the mind, body, and heart, release un-useful turmoil that is creating fear or blocking you from your desired birth and postpartum experience. Lets work together to strengthen your natural innate connection to lead you to not only the sovereign and empowering birth that you are envisioning, but also the most fulfilling motherhood journey that emulates the nurturing, calm, confident, intuitive, divinely influential mother that your inner child’s heart has always been asking for, the one you are striving to become. Conscious Crowning Prenatal Workshop

Light work is the concept of connecting with high frequency energy through the use of all of our senses and allowing that light to help the body and mind release and clear out the lower frequency energy that is no longer serving the individual. This process brings balance and healing within and around the body.
Energy work, mediumship, reiki. Rei as in the Ray of light and kei as in you hold the key within you to heal yourself from the inside out.
No, you may be in a very content place with your life but are wanting to continue your selfgrowth journey, this is a very good place to strenghten the relationship with yourself and to let your intuition come forward in the session to learn more about yourself and to guide your continued healing.
Intuition guides healing, connect with your own body and mind and honour your internal needs and desires. For some this means monthly, for some this means bi-annually.
Everyone. There is no boundaries on who can receive light work, self growth and healing is infinite. Maybe you have something particular you want to release, maybe you have a vision or goal you want to bring to fruition, a loved one you want to connect with, learn about your soul’s akashic record, or perhaps you are just curious about the experience. This can truly be suited to anyone, no matter what your beliefs are.
Nothing is required for your session, other than filling out the intake form prior to your first session. My only request is that you come into your session with curiousity. Curiosity allows you to have an open heart and mind, allowing you to see new perspectives clearly without putting up blocks.
All sessions are confidential, and all attendees to workshops must sign a confidentiality agreement to uphold the confidentiality to their peers in the workshop.

-Lingering tension and pain throughout your body that has unknown cause
-emotions scare you and you hate the feeling of “losing control”
-A lingering heaviness in your body, troubles with anxiety, depression, over thinking, poor sleep
-You’ve been having spiritual experiences, vivid dreams, weird things happening that are unexplained and would like to know more about what is on the other side of the veil.
-You see things differently, are often referred to as the black sheep, and sometimes have a hard time finding like minded people or people you can connect with.
-You want to participate in self mastery to become the best version of yourself
-You want to completely exercise your freewill.
-You have goals or a vision you want to bring to fruition
-You’re tired of the patterns your stuck in and can also see clearly the toxic patterns that people close to you are stuck in.
-You feel great, you are happy with your life and you just want to continue expanding your consciousness and strenghtening your built in intuition and abilities.
If it is your first time, I always suggest the 90 minute general session, but go with the one you seem most drawn to. If you are unsure, send an email and we will have a small consultation to determine which session would best suite you.
Help yourself regulate your nervous system. Do things that feel good for your mind and body, like exercising, getting out in the sun and nature, nourishing your body by drinking good water and eating nutritous food and breathe, dont forget to breathe! Remind yourself regularly that you are safe in your body, say yes to the things that serve you and no to the things that don’t (This gets easier with practice). Virtual sessions are often preferred by my clients due to the comfort of their own home. It is possible to connect with another person’s energy no matter if they are half way across the world or right in front of us. This is all done by connecting with my intuition and being intentional with my focus to tune into my natural clair senses which allows me to receive information about the energy held within and around the client's body.
