A weekly 1 hour session for 8 weeks, dedicating each session to one chakra starting at the root chakra and ending with the soul star chakra. The purpose of this is to complete a deep clear of one chakra at a time to release whatever your mind, body, and soul is ready to let go of at this point in your life, and to hold space for these healing shifts to process before moving onto the next chakra. This series was created for those who are looking to dive into the depths of their mind, body, and soul to kickstart their spiritual healing journey and to gain a new level of inner-standing of themselves and their world around them.
