You already have a fairly good idea of where you need to focus your attention within and what you need to release, you just need help over that bridge to finally release it. This may look like a list of questions you might bring to the session that you already have a slight (or strong) inner knowing about the answers, but you would like to affirm what your light council has to say about it, or it may be revolved all around one topic that we dive into and spend in a deep meditation to let go of what is no longer serving and to bring in the fresh and new energy that will serve.
